Refund and Returns Policy

At Moringa  Capsule by Printhype, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Returns

  • Eligibility Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Eligible Items: Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • Non-returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, personalized or custom-printed items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

🔄 Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at [insert support email or contact form link] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
  3. Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

💸 Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

❗ Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, we may have already begun processing your order, especially for custom-printed items.
